Dovin Javio was born in 2722CS on Daval, a planet in the Naraka System famous for its constant pale pink clouds that covered the atmosphere and its massive urban platforms built over marshlands. The Javio family held political sway within the Graza United Council, but Dovin and his twin brother, Levarr, ignored the bureaucracy. Instead, they spent their youth brawling in the streets and dancing in the clubs of the capital city, Nytrino. When their older brother Tyrus attempted to orchestrate a power grab for the council through corruption, his failure resulted in the entire family's exile from the planet.

Disgusted by these actions, Dovin and Levarr cut ties with their older brother and joined Worzel's Wonder Show, a traveling circus touring across the Federation Spaceway. The twins utilized their acrobatic talents and choreography to become headlining performers, earning the stage name "The Tornado & Typhoon Twins of Daval." Backstage, they befriended a Delvian might master named Urzar. The trio began combining Urzar's heavy lifting with the twins' agility, developing a highly entertaining performance routine.

Dovin's optimistic mindset convinced Levarr and Urzar to leave the circus and bring their combined acrobatics and power to the Galacticana under the team name Charismo. The team officially debuted in 2773CS. In the ring, Dovin relies on his background as a dancer and street fighter to execute a highly improvisational combat style. He outmaneuvers opponents using fluid motions and rapid kicks. Dovin's unique approach and his team's physical attributes keep them highly competitive as they work their way up the Galacticana roster.
