Leon Roon was born on the planet Kaferia in the Xantor System in 2391CS. His homeworld is a brutal ice planet where survival is a constant struggle against the cold. Defined by colossal glaciers, vast icy plains, and snow-covered mountains, the landscape of Kaferia shapes its inhabitants, the Kaferians, who have adapted to the frozen environment with remarkable resilience. They built intricate cities that rise from the glaciers and extend deep into ice-carved tunnels below.

During Leon’s time as a youngling, Kaferia’s economy struggled. The planet was once known for its unique plant, the Ghost Deadnettle, which only grew on its icy plains. The Warmothers, Kaferia's leaders, secured a loan from the Telos Vault, hoping to profit from exporting the plant. However, the Ghost Deadnettle could not survive outside its native environment and would wilt quickly, making the export plan a failure. To alleviate the resulting debt, the Telos Vault brokered a partnership with the Navi Compani. As part of this arrangement, 10,000 Kaferian younglings, including Leon Roon, were conscripted into service with the Ebony Armada. This group of younglings  would later become known across the Federation Spaceway as the Kaferian Horde.

Leon's training within the Ebony Armada was ruthless. He was taught to view mercy as a weakness, honing his body and mind with brutal violence until each strike became an art of obliteration. He rose to prominence within the Kaferian Horde, a feared military unit unleashed upon hostile planets to claim resources and expand the Ebony Armada’s influence. The Kaferian Horde participated in devastating campaigns, from the jungles of Viltiko in the Matha Usa System to the ruins of the floating cities on Sumno VII in the Buudama System.

Each battle took a heavy toll on the Kaferian forces. By the time their final battle ended on the storm-ravaged planet of Thulvarz, Leon was the last Kaferian standing, a lone survivor of the once-mighty Kaferian Horde. Left with nothing but his combat skills, Leon broke away from the Ebony Armada and immersed himself in underground fight clubs across the Federation Spaceway. From the Zhuka Fighting Pits of Uthaden in the Qomar System to the neon-lit Nova City Fight Nights on Daka in the Yuri System, he developed a brutal hybrid fighting style that merged his wrestling roots with tactics learned from his varied opponents. His ability to withstand immense punishment and shatter his foes earned him the name "Glacierbane".

Leon's journey through the fight clubs brought him face-to-face with Ravic Felsong, the "Wandering Prince," who had abandoned his birthright as heir to the Ebony Armada. United by a shared desire to forge a legacy on their own terms, the two joined forces to carve a new path. Together, Leon and Ravic formed The Vehlsten Order. Ravic, in his pursuit of power, recruited Doum Tharbek, a former Galacticana competitor from the planet Vola in the Jomark System, who had been reborn as a cyborg. Once known as Kage Tharbek, Doum was transformed by Mecha Medical into the "Husk of Havoc," a being of unmatched strength and cybernetic enhancements, to serve as Ravic’s ultimate enforcer. With Ravic's leadership, Doum's cybernetic might, and Leon's mastery of combat, The Vehlsten Order aims to conquer the ultimate arena: the Galacticana. This will be The Vehlsten Order’s debut season on the Galacticana.
