Solar System Name: Joradd

Planet Name: Mattollo

Species Name: Nollo

Serra Gato was born in 2747CS in the Joradd System on the planet Mattollo. Mattollo is a planet rich in resources, where industrial cities meet heavily mineralized oceans. As a youngling, Serra was raised in the Gato Estate Spire under the strict supervision of her parents, Lurg and Nebre Gato, who were prominent industrialists. Her upbringing was defined by discipline, productivity, and success, with little room for warmth or affection. Her parents molded her to be the perfect heir, tracking her progress in academics, etiquette, and physical training. This upbringing left Serra feeling more like a product of the Gato legacy than an individual.

Serra’s hardened and cynical nature developed under the immense pressure from her parents, and she became determined to forge her own path. Her rebellion reached its peak when she failed to meet her parents' expectations in an academic competition. Faced with their bitter disappointment, Serra left her family and ventured into the chaotic lower levels of Mattollo.

It was in the underground fighting arenas, known as the Grit Pits, where Serra found her calling. In these brutal pits, strength, strategy, and survival were valued over someone’s social class. Serra embraced her physical training with a violent ferocity and quickly gained notoriety, earning the nickname "Shatterjaw Serra" for her ruthless fighting style. She fought with a unique blend of aggression, sarcasm, and dark humor, often taunting her opponents to keep them off-balance. Her thrilling style and fierce confidence made her a fan favorite. She began sharing her fights on the popular social media platform WahLa, where her unfiltered personality gained her a loyal following.

Serra's success in the Grit Pits drew the attention of Valara the “Luzulian Leviathan,” a Galacticana legend. Recognizing Serra's potential, Valara invited her to train at her private dojo on the planet Lu Zula in the Elair System. There, Serra underwent rigorous training, learning to channel her rage into a focused, strategic force that combined her raw power with fast paced strategies. During this period, she formed strong bonds with fellow trainees the “Wavewraith” Neva Basuko and the “Iris of Othyrious” Jayla Frenzy. Serra and Jayla shared an obsession with classic wrestling maneuvers, while her rivalry with Neva pushed them both to new heights. Together, the three formed The Valaraguard, with Valara as their mentor.

As part of The Valaraguard, Serra, along with Neva and Jayla, are set to make her debut on the Galacticana this season. With Valara's mentorship and the support of her teammates, “Shatterjaw Serra” is ready to carve her legacy on the Galacticana.
