Zimon Curtix was activated in 2607CS, in the heart of Horizon City at the center of the Rings of Vectra Outpost, a brilliant, self-taught engineer named Ahzed Dango worked in a small workshop beneath his family’s struggling diner, Dango’s Soggy Canteen. Ahzed dreamed of reaching for the stars and creating a symbol of joy for all species across the Federation Spaceway. Determined to save his family's diner and make a positive impact, he dedicated himself to his greatest creation: the Zytronic Interactive Mechanical Operational Nyvoxen, or Project Z.I.M.O.N. Using advanced neural processors and experimental micro-fusion cores, he built a protector with great strength, lightning-fast agility, and a heart full of empathy and wonder.

From the moment of activation, Zimon Curtix’s radiant smile and boundless energy lit up Horizon City. Alongside Ahzed, Zimon became a local hero, performing heroic deeds like rescuing younglings from a runaway monorail and protecting the historic Celestial Gardens from a criminal syndicate. These acts of strength and agility, combined with an infectious charisma and compassion, earned Zimon the moniker the “Joybot Juggernaut.” Zimon's good-natured spirit was undeniable; they would sing to cheer up distressed species, deliver meals from Dango's Soggy Canteen to the needy, and perform magic tricks for younglings, always making time to include everyone.

Seeing Zimon's popularity, Ahzed rebranded the struggling diner into the first Ahzed's Diner, with Zimon as its mascot. The diner became a sensation, expanding into a franchise that caught the eye of the Ming-Tino's Munchees Corporation. Ahzed accepted their offer, selling the rights to both the diners and Zimon Curtix, transforming himself from a small-time inventor into an extremely wealthy entrepreneur. Under new management, Zimon’s image was streamed across the Federation Spaceway, transitioning them from a city hero to an intergalactic celebrity.

The Ming-Tino's Munchees Corporation formed The Mighty D'Lights, a team of exceptional heroes, to compete on the prestigious Galacticana while spreading the values of courage, compassion, and joy. As team leader, Zimon Curtix was tasked with recruiting the other members. Zimon sought out Xander Shaw, a martial arts expert known as the “Grinning Guardian” from the forested planet of Goll in the Femeref System, and Zappa, the “Strongarmed Grappa” from the planet Dollow II in the Harmonii System. Together, their unique brand of camaraderie and joy has inspired species all over the Federation Spaceway.

Zimon Curtix made their Galacticana debut in 2774CS. Aboard the Galacticana, Zimon and The Mighty D'Lights have faced many formidable opponents, delighting fans and inspiring a new generation of heroes. Zimon continues to be a beacon of hope, driven by his spirit of kindness to spread laughter and compassion across the Federation Spaceway.
