The Anax was co-founded by Ezara Imdar and Aleister Fontio, who is the leader of the Concordiat Covenant. Their initial purpose was to create a revolutionary company that would dominate the market for protective gear and body armor. Ezara Imdar was born on the planet Algaria in the Kiros System. As a youngling, his selfish nature and hunger for power led to his exile from his family, House Eladar, by his own father. Cast out, Ezara vowed to become the most powerful being in the Federation Spaceway. His path led him to the Orbital Elite Foundational Training Course, where he quickly rose to the top through his unmatched strength, but was eventually dishonorably discharged due to controversial events, earning him the nickname "The Sold-Out Soldier."

In his quest for dominance, Ezara recruited two of the most feared warriors in the Federation Spaceway: Raxus and Sarapin Chou. Raxus, known as the "Demon of the Delphon Dunes," hails from the planet Delphon in the Sirpar System, a brutal planet that shaped him into a ruthless warrior. Having grown bored with the endless conflicts on his home planet, Raxus was drawn to the promise of fighting the strongest opponents on the Galacticana.

Sarapin Chou, born to royalty on the planet Panora in The Lota Chen System, was known as the "Panoran Punisher." Sarapin's campaign to eradicate the religious movement known as the Hypatonius Divine led to his exile from his family and his home planet. Consumed by a desire for revenge and to reclaim his lost power, Sarapin joined The Anax to channel his rage and prove his strength.

The Anax debuted on the Galacticana in 2774CS and quickly established themselves as formidable competitors. In their two seasons of competition, their blend of brutal power and psychological warfare has made them a dangerous force.
