The Faith is a trio of devout combatants united by their spiritual conviction to the Hypatonius Divine. They are driven by a singular purpose: to demonstrate the direct connection between spiritual enlightenment and physical supremacy, all while encouraging others to join their path of the Hypatonius Divine.

The team's inception was orchestrated by Sorin Azar, the self proclaimed "Herald of Hypatonius." Born into the prestigious Azar dynasty, Sorin was groomed for a life of leadership. However, instead of pursuing a purely scholarly path, he believed that one's body could be a vessel for divine energy and committed to a rigorous life of martial arts. As a paragon within his faith Sorin sought to expand the influence of his beliefs through action, envisioning a team of elite warriors who would compete on the Galacticana.

He discovered his first recruit in Duro Coridan, known as "The Deacon." Duro's past is one of hardship, having survived two planetary disasters and the loss of two brothers. His personal tragedies eventually led him to a life of service as a pilgrim within the Lightvire Fleet, where he found a new purpose in spreading the teachings of the Hypatonius Divine. The final member to join was Terok Jahr, known as "The Righteous Redeemer." Hailing from the planet Gwazi in the Zedarr System, Terok was once a celebrated athlete in the Grooha Games. A personal tragedy pushed him toward a darker path of match-fixing, gambling, and crime, which ultimately led to his imprisonment. It was during his second incarceration that he found atonement in the teachings of the Hypatonius Divine, dedicating his life to making amends for his past.

United by their shared commitment to the Hypatonius Divine, they formed The Faith, blending their diverse backgrounds and distinct combat skills. The Faith made its debut on the Galacticana in 2772CS and immediately became a significant force in the trios division. Their combat style is a fluid fusion of their individual strengths, showcasing Sorin's technical approach, Duro's aerial abilities, and Terok's powerful brawling fighting style.
