The Phitness Phreaks, an athletic powerhouse trio led by the visionary Raiden Pike, known as the "Phitness Philosopher." The team's philosophy centers on the pursuit of greatness through the fusion of body, mind, and spirit. An Ulan from the planet Ulas in the Orando System, Raiden founded the Phitness Phresh lifestyle movement by combining his passions for culinary arts and martial arts. His spiritual journey across the Federation Spaceway led him to discover rare fruits and acquire planets for their protection.

It was during these travels that Raiden befriended Jessi Flexx while they trained at the Kosho Dojo on the planet Kaldos III in the Pakkya System. Jessi, a Rumholt native to Kaldos III, was taken in by Master Sorath of the Kosho Dojo after the tragic death of his mother. He discovered purpose through martial arts, honing his strength and charismatic fighting style to earn the title of "The Flexxecutioner."

Raiden also formed a bond with Zim Zecker, a Gahzgan who survived the war-torn streets of the planet Gahzgo in the Sirpar System with nothing but his resourcefulness and grit. After leaving a life of gang activity, Zim entered the underground fighting circuit in Nova City on the planet Daka in the Yuri System, where his notoriety earned him the nickname "Young Zay-Zay." Driven by his desire to prove that even the most unlikely species can achieve greatness, Zim joined Raiden and Jessi.

The Phitness Phreaks are making their debut aboard the Galacticana this season. The team was trained by Raiden Pike to showcase the transformative power of his Phitness Phresh philosophy. Their motivation is rooted in the belief that true strength comes from within, and that transformation is both mental and spiritual.
