Jayla Frenzy was born in 2742CS in the Heret Unz System on the planet Othyrious, a world perpetually covered in mist with a thick, humid atmosphere that clings to every surface. She grew up high above the murky wetlands where the Othrin built their woven tree settlements. As younglings, Jayla and her brother, Juno, were immersed in the time-honored customs of the Othrin, learning martial arts from their grandfather, Rasha Frenzy, a revered mentor in their village. Jayla showed an early gift for combat; her boundless energy and enthusiasm drove her to dominate the Youngling Division Martial Arts Tournaments. While Juno chose a different path and enlisted in the Orbital Elite Foundational Training Course, Jayla's devotion to her roots only deepened. In her brother's absence, sparring became both her passion and her obsession.

Recognizing Jayla's potential, Rasha enrolled her in the Battlecade Academy to test her against broader competition. The structured environment sharpened her brawling into clean footwork and heavy throws, earning her the nickname "The Iris of Othyrious." As her reputation grew, so did her following on the popular social media platform WahLa, where she shared her journey and captivated audiences with her joy for martial arts.

Upon graduating from the Battlecade Academy, Jayla was approached by the “Luzulian Leviathan” Valara, who invited her to train at her private dojo on Lu Zula in the Elair System. There, Jayla retooled her moveset into a high-impact blend of technical grapples and quick strikes. She also developed meaningful connections with her fellow trainees, the “Wavewraith” Neva Basuko and “Shatterjaw Serra” Gato. Between swapping wrestling counters with Serra and discussing competitive strategies with Neva, Jayla was able to unlock a whole new dimension in her game.

Impressed by how naturally the trio operated together, Valara took them under her wing and entered them into the Galacticana fighting circuit as The Valaraguard. Jayla makes her official Galacticana debut in 2776CS, eager to test her skills against the Federation Spaceway's strongest competitors.
