The Crusader Corps

As the primary military force of the Dota Guild, the Crusader Corps is a significant power within the Federation Spaceway. Functioning as a martial peacekeeping organization, the Corps is tasked with protecting life and upholding stability across all systems. Its operations are directed by a meticulously organized hierarchy known as the Crusader Supreme Command.

The origins of the Crusader Corps trace back to Dash Kreenor, a native of the advanced planet Aretain VII. Raised by decorated Orbital Elite veterans, Aleks and Ronin Kreenor, he was instilled with a powerful sense of duty. Embracing his family’s legacy, Dash enrolled in the Orbital Elite Foundational Training Course, where he excelled and formed a strong bond with a fellow trainee, Jorrum Flexx.

Dash and Jorrum built distinguished careers within the Orbital Elite, but their path was forever altered during the Draygo Invasion of the planet Goll. When four massive Draygo Destroyers descended upon the planet, Goll’s government pleaded for aid. However, the Orbital Elite's intervention was stalled due to a delayed payment to the Telos Vault. Refusing to let protocol lead to the slaughter of innocents, Dash Kreenor defied his orders and took command. He rallied a coalition of defecting KaVazi Rangers and like-minded Orbital Elite members, launching an unauthorized counter-assault. The ensuing battle was costly, and Jorrum Flexx fell in combat. Despite this grievous loss, the coalition successfully drove back the invaders, saving Goll from destruction.

This heroic act of defiance earned Dash the title of "The First Crusader." Following the conflict, the Crusader Corps was formally established by its founding members: Dash Kreenor, Lewethan Chavam, The Kobada, Tabitha Zeren, Hal Cigruin, and Toko Dinn. Together, they formed six distinct task forces, with each founder leading one to expand the organization's influence and operational capacity across the Federation Spaceway.

The Crusader Corps swiftly earned a reputation for its decisive action. Through the cycles, it grew into one of the most prominent military organizations in the Federation Spaceway, rivaling the standing of the Orbital Elite and the KaVazi Rangers. To maintain a constant influx of skilled recruits, the Corps founded the Crusader University, offering species from every system the opportunity to join its cause.

Today, the Crusader Corps has adopted a new strategy to raise its public profile and drive recruitment. Dash Kreenor, along with distinguished university graduates Ivera Moonbolt and Uzama Boomergedon, now represents the organization in the prestigious Galacticana competition.
