Commanded by the Myojin Colony, the Myojin Swarm is a formidable military force named after the original swarm that spread terror from the Age of Umbara through the Age of Pillara. Its structure is a unique synthesis of bio-mechanical components and a collective hivemind, operating under a doctrine of overwhelming force and strategic adaptability.

The ultimate authority within the Myojin Swarm is the Myojin Empress, the central consciousness from which all strategic decisions and directives originate. Below this central command, a hierarchical yet decentralized structure exists, revolving around various bio-mechanical insectoid models. The Myojin Swarm's military approach is multifaceted in leveraging sheer numbers against their enemies.

At the heart of the military is the Myojin Empress, the sole sentient being within the hive, who possesses full consciousness and individuality. All other Myojin are extensions of her will, operating as non-sentient drones. This creates a command structure of absolute unity and instantaneous communication, free from dissent or fear. The loss of individual drones is inconsequential as long as the Myojin Empress remains intact.

While all Myojin drones are extensions of the Myojin Empress, evidence shows specialized castes are bio-engineered for specific tasks. The most prominent are the warrior drones, which serve as the primary combatants in space and on planetary surfaces. Though not individually intelligent, they are formidable due to their vast numbers and the hivemind's ability to direct them in complex formations.
